Tube Feeding - When to call

Taught and instructed patient/caregiver to call SN or MD if any of the following occurs: More than 3 loose stools a day with stomach cramps or churning lasting more than 2-3 days; If you have constipation lasting more than 5 days; If you have not been able to take any formula for more than 24 hours; and of course, if you have any concerns or questions.
